LGBTQIA+ affirming Psychotherapy
Supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples is one of the core areas of my therapeutic work.
I offer a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your identity, sexuality, relationships, and personal experiences with openness and care.
This space is designed to welcome you exactly as you are — whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking a deeper, more grounded connection with yourself or your partner.
I support people who wish to reflect on or work through issues such as:
- Gender identity and gender dysphoria
- Sexual orientation and self-discovery
- Self-acceptance before, during, or after coming out
- Experiences of discrimination, stigma, bullying, or social exclusion
- Relationship or family conflicts related to homosexuality, bisexuality, non-binary or other queer identities
- Difficulties within same-sex, queer, open, or non-monogamous relationships
- Emotional and psychological aspects of gender transition
- Queer and non-conventional sexualities (e.g., BDSM, kink, non-monogamy, polyamory)
- Living with HIV and navigating sexual health or stigma
- Addictive patterns involving sex, substances, dating apps, food, or emotional dependency
A Therapist Who Sees You for Who You Are
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying many LGBTQIA+ clients on their journeys of healing, growth, and self-integration.
My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and authenticity — values that are essential for creating a therapeutic relationship that feels truly safe, supportive, and transformative.
I believe therapy should be a place where every part of you is welcomed — your questions, your story, your relationships, and your truth — without fear or shame.
My approach is inclusive and intersectional, attentive to the multiple layers that shape your lived experience: gender, orientation, relationships, race, body, health, ability, and social background.
Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing and strengthen your capacity for resilience, self-acceptance, and connection — with yourself and with others.
Here for You — As You Are
If you’re looking for an LGBTQIA+ affirming, informed, and genuinely supportive therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you — with care, openness, and respect — at your pace and on your terms.
